Ingredients:

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust;
  • 5 medium-sized apples, peeled and thinly sliced;
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped;
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar;
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set it aside.
