Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp flour;
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar;
- 2 tbsp cocoa poder;
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 3 tbsp milk;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder;
- 2 crushed Oreos;
- 1 small egg;
- a pinch of salt.
Topping:
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg or powdered sugar (optional).
Instructions:
- In a large mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the oil, milk, and egg, and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
